What up! I hope your month is off to an awesome start. All I have to say about September is, if I make it to October without needing therapy, it’ll be a miracle!
Do you go through this phase with your kids? The one where you’ve said no for so long to extra activities because you have to. You literally have to say no to everything because there is just too damn much on your plate. Then you make it through the summer and think, we can totally handle one sport for each kid – as long as one of the practices is on my husband’s off night.
Well, we are headed into our first full week of all activities, and I’m already dreading how tired I will be by Friday. Soccer, volleyball and orchestra. May not sound too bad until I tell you that orchestra practice is at 7am on Tues/Thurs! But, good news, I have us covered on the meal plan and food front. Because, you know I’m not about to go hungry amidst the chaos!
I decided to change things up again. These monthly meal plans, they’re really a work in progress. 🙂 So, I thought I’d build more of an inspiration board/post. A place you can hit up if you’re stumped for meal ideas vs. trying to lay out every meal for the month.
How do I get the recipes?
For all monthly meal plans – with the exception of April, each recipe you see is linked to the full detailed recipe page. Which means it’s best to download the pdf (below) instead of just saving the image. I did realize after chatting with some gals in my Fit & Wellness Community that I’d never actually told you guys that the recipes were linked. #goodgrief
I hope you enjoy! And if you’re not already a part of my free wellness community, be sure to join via the link above!
