Home workout programs have come a very long way since the ’80’s and ’90’s. Hey, don’t get me wrong, I did my fair share of step aerobics with my mom back in the day. But when I got serious about getting back in shape after my first kiddo, I knew spending hours in the gym (like I loved to do) was not in the cards.
So, after reaching out to a few friends via good o’l Facebook, I decided to give a Beachbody® home workout a try. I had no idea what I was getting myself into when I bought INSANITY off a late night infomercial. And I’ll admit it took me some time to commit, but once I did, I was hooked! As an Independent Team Beachbody Coach, I am excited to share with you a variety of home workouts that I love, and all of which you can gain access to via Beachbody on Demand and do any workout from home, on the road, in a gym, outdoors, anywhere you have wifi!
