Who loves food? This girl! So many women make the mistake of thinking that in order to lose weight they have to up the cardio and cut calories to the bare minimum. That’s the recipe for stagnate results for sure. It’s my goal to help you find a balance between clean eating, family friendly recipes, calorie management that’s right for the lifestyle you lead and the amount of activity you do daily, and enjoying the things you love – in moderation!
I’m also BIG on meal prep. I know it can be intimidating at first, but once you get the hang of it, you’ll save yourself SO much time during the week. A little meal prep and menu planning for the week (especially with your family’s input) helps keep everyone on track. Within my health & fitness groups we work every month on honing in on these skills along with learning proper portions within the food groups (yes, we eat carbs!).
While supplementing isn’t for everyone, I think it can definitely aid in your overall health and weight-loss goals when you incorporate high quality products. And it doesn’t need to break the bank.
