Hey there! This month you’ll find a short and simple August meal plan. After providing a full month meal plan since April, and then surveying you guys to get some feedback on the recipes. It turns out that most people pick one or two things to make each week.
That is great! I never expect anyone to take the plan and use every single recipe. I just want to give you guys as many options as possible in the monthly plans.
Here you’ll find a week long layout (Monday – Friday) with breakfast, lunch and dinner ideas. All August meal plan options are 2B Mindset and Ultimate Portion Fix approved, with easy, simple ingredients, and won’t take hours to make! Many are also gluten free and vegetarian.
