From home gym equipment to cellulite blasting tools, to the coolest engraved rolling pins! Whether you’re shopping for a seasoned marathoner or a busy, creative Mom. There’s a little something for everyone in our gift guide.
By each item you’ll see a $ sign. $ = $1-25, $$ = $26-$50, $$$ = $50+.
Hope you enjoy a few of these fun faves of mine. I only pick items I love and use, so you can trust that they will not disappoint! I do share affiliate links and we make little income when you buy items, this way I can keep trying new things and sharing them with you!
Let’s hit up the fitness fanatic aisle first!
Strength Slides $$ – a simple addition to any home gym and perfect for traveling! These bad boys will take workouts to a whole new level. They ensure you keep perfect form on exercises like squats, and will help you build long, lean muscles when using them to do lunges, core moves and even burpees. 🙂
BOSU Ball $$$ – I use one of these every chance I get, mostly when traveling because it’s the “one” thing I haven’t added to my home gym, but will invest in this year! They are amazing at helping with balance, firing multiple muscle groups at once and well, laughing at yourself as try to stand on it the first few times. There are also tons of great workouts on Pinterest too.
Headbands $ – Need a great stocking stuffer? Here ya go! In my post – Best Workout Headbands – I share a dozen of my favorite brands and styles. These are fun, awesome quality and above all they stay put! Ugh, I have bought countless headbands and only had luck with super wide bands, which aren’t great for casual Friday at the office or date night. You can pick up a multi-pack, support first responders and even great causes. I usually buy direct, but have seen some styles on Amazon.
Facia Blaster $$-$$$ – For me, this tool has been incredible at increasing the blood flow in my body and aiding in faster recovery from high intensity workouts, which was my primary reason for getting one. Now, this particular brand has a ton of research behind it, and while there are a bunch of different tools out there that claim to fight and eliminate cellulite, this one has got some crazy-good results. Without getting into the science of facia tissue, take some time to watch and share these instructional videos. I am definitely going to use this for migraine relief too!
Looped Resistance Bands $ – Another great tool to add to your suitcase and home gym! Can you say holy hammies and booty? Yea, they don’t look like much, but will totally burn out your legs!
Next up…FOOD!
For the foodies and meal prep mutha’s in your life, here are a few of my fave tools, gadgets and fun tools that kids will love using in the kitchen too!
Engraved Rolling Pins $$-$$$ – Beautiful, fun, easy to use and the perfect gift for that hard-to-buy-for baker in your life. They ship from Poland (at least these do and I think they’re excellent quality). They are really reasonably priced for a specialty item, $30 on average. However, the shipping from Poland to the U.S. is around $35. So, if you have a few people in your life who would enjoy one, then I recommend buying the 5-pack so you get free shipping. I got my order within a week! There are also some awesome domestic suppliers on Etsy too like; Carving Rolling Pin, Humble Elephant, and Mood for Wood. If Amazon is more your jam, then these are an option too!
“Un-Crustable” Sandwich maker $ – We have a ton of fun making sandwiches with these! Homemade PB & J, Nutella and PB & honey are our favorites. I’ll make a loaf worth and freeze them. If I make them with ham/turkey and cheese then we usually eat them right away. Super fun for the kids, especially if you have a picky one when it comes to crust.
Instant Pot $$$ – This is a new addition to our house and so far, so great. I had no idea what we were missing out on until I joined this FB Group. One word – WOW! I haven’t even scratched the surface, but anything that helps me cut cooking and prepping time in half, I’m all for! One of the gals in my Fit Club said it’s the most used appliance in her kitchen, other than her coffee pot!
Food Chopper $$ – One of the handiest kitchen tools I own. Maybe it’s a gadget? I’m not sure the real difference. Anyhow, I’ve had mine for at lest 15 years and it still works great. I mostly use it for chopping nuts, but it’s also awesome for shopping veggies (onions, shallots) and fruits (apples, pears).
Pastry Blender/Cutter $ – If you or someone you know loves flaky, buttery biscuits. Then this is the tool for you! For most biscuit dough’s you can make them pretty quickly in your food processor. I do it all the time. But there is something magical about cutting the butter into the flour by hand that makes biscuits extra fluffy and flaky, so it’s worth taking a few extra minutes and getting your hands dirty.
Now for a little self-care pampering!
Detox Bath Salts $$ – A detox bath is the perfect way to restore your muscles and relieve stress. Add 1/2 – 1 cup of salts along with 1 cup of baking soda and a few bubbles for the perfect detox bath combination.
Bubbles $ – There are so many options, so find something that suits your mood.
Essential Oil Diffuser – We pretty much have one in every room of our house, and I have one at work. I do love scented candles, but I know that diffusing high quality oils is so much healthier for my family. As we speak, I’m diffusing some YoungLiving Christmas Spirit now. I love it all year long actually. They are easy to clean, so if you need something up-lifting during the day like lemon, then DoTerra Serenity or lavender to relax at night, you can change it up easily!
Massage Card – It’s a super thoughtful gift and an excellent way to keep your body in top form for all the craziness we endure! I have been going to Massage Envy for 7 years. I know a chain-type place isn’t for everyone, but I like knowing that I have a place to go when I’m on the road if needed, and with my hectic schedule, there are usually lots of scheduling options.
That wraps it up for this gift guide! I hope this has given you a few ideas or maybe a good starting place to find the perfect gift for your family, friend or self!
