We are so ready for spring in our house, I can’t even stand it! That also means that we’re just weeks away from farmer’s markets being open and having more fresh produce at our finger tips, perfect for my May meal plan!
In this month’s meal plan, I took your feedback from April about having more direct links to the recipes. So, in this file that you can download as a PDF, you’ll find 20 recipe links. Which covers everything in the May meal plan, and I repeat things in my own meal plan, and did the same here, but there’s still tons of variety.
Here’s how the recipe links break down – just to save you some time. Week 1 links are breakfast, week 2 – lunch, week 3 – dinner, and week 4 – it varies, as I dropped a few different recipes in that week.
