10 Rounds – one of many programs hitting the home workout streaming world in 2020! If you use Beachbody on Demand this program went live in the library as of September 1, so get on it!
I’m telling you right now, this will be my go-to program for a LONG time! So much, that I did two rounds back-to-back during the spring early access period and now I’m rocking a hybrid program with another Joel Freeman program; LIIFT4. What Can You Expect?
Shadow boxing three days a week. This delivers insane upper body, core and leg work (where all that power comes from). Low impact with options to options to amplify (pulses and small jumps).
Lifting two days a week, one upper body one lower. The moves are fundamental but you push it knowing you only lift a couple days. Then, be prepared for looped band burnouts. My favorite part! You get into the bands in week 2.
