And so it begins! Two weeks of shredding and seeing all those beautiful lean muscles sleek out as we get ready to finish with a bang! Here’s my LIIFT4 Week 7 review for ya!
Time to Change it Up!
As we head into the final phase of this incredible program, the fundamentals of the program remain, but the workouts shift just a bit. Bringing together the big muscle groups, like chest and back. Moving our leg day to Tuesday (where’s that crying emoji?). Doing shoulders and arms (aka biceps AND triceps) and finishing out the week with full body HIIT. Oh boy.
Here We GO!
Day 25 – Chest & Back Circuit
I really had the goal to lift heavy, but lift smart. I have to admit that in week 6 I overdid it a bit and strained my shoulder. But I do love working these big muscle groups together!
Day 26 – Legs LIIFT 50/50
OMG. I’m not even sure what else to say other than my legs were tostada after this one! It was a little crazy to do this workout after just doing my last leg workout a few days prior, but thanks to the rest we get in this program, you’ll be ready! And if you haven’t picked up a set of adjustable weights that exceed 25 pounds, it’s time!
Day 27 – Shoulders & Arms Circuit
Who has the dry shampoo? This is was no joke you guys. All the big girl moves, all the blood pumping. But those triceps push-ups will be the death of me.
Day 28 – Full Body HIIT
Hang with me here, it’s one of my longer videos, but it’ll let you see the full circuit. Holy smokes it’s a good one – 30 minutes of calorie torching cardio and core. Trust me, if you have a heart rate tracker, you’re gonna love the numbers you see!
One to Go!
Hard to believe we just have one week to go. You will really love how quickly this program goes by, but what you will love even more is seeing your strength grow in such a short time! Embrace it, lean muscles are sexy. A strong core helps you have a strong back for carrying those sweet babies.
