One awesome thing to know about either of the 21 Day Fix workout programs, the original and extreme, is that you only do each workout in the program three times (aside from adding in some extra ab work). A lot of people syke themselves out over workouts and then start to make excuses to skip them. These workouts in both programs are only 30 minutes long and have a great modifier. So there is no excuse for not doing them.
Within 21 DFX you’ll use weights or resistance bands in all the workouts and each day is truly a total body workout. You’ll love it!*
