Oh lordy! First of all, if you’ve never done Pilates, this is not the workout to start with. Secondly, you will never appreciate working out from home more than when you do this workout! I was a hot tangled mess throughout the whole thing. I mean, I’m challenged enough doing Pilates WITHOUT a resistance band (hence why you’re not seeing some of the more robust moves in this video), so imagine my pain and confusion trying to coordinate my body to keep up with Autumn’s instructions. Ugh!
